Supply Chain Operations Executive (West/SAP)

Job Description:

• Handle RFQ/RFx processes, evaluate supplier quotations, perform basic cost analysis, manage purchase orders in SAP, and coordinate with suppliers on pricing, production, and delivery while addressing performance and supply issues.

• Maintain accurate inventory records through system updates and stock reconciliation, support audits and cycle counts, and identify potential shortages, excess stock, or slow-moving items.

• Manage end-to-end shipment processes, including freight coordination, documentation, tracking, and communication of shipment status, while working with warehouses and 3PL partners to ensure smooth delivery and resolve issues.

• Monitor and compile supply chain data, prepare reports on key metrics (e.g., delivery performance, inventory turnover), and provide insights to support operational improvements and cost efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align operations, support continuous improvement initiatives, standardize workflows, and ensure compliance with procurement and regulatory requirements.

Requirement:

• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management, (not mandatory).
