Supply Chain Planner

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Regional Supply Chain Planner to join our team in Slough, Berkshire. Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate execution of production, material and capacity plans across our regional operations. Working closely with planning, procurement, inventory and operations teams, you will help maintain alignment between demand, supply and production activities while driving planning accuracy, system integrity and operational efficiency through effective use of ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) outputs within ERP systems.
  • Manage the release of planned orders and production signals based on business requirements.
  • Support the smoothing and stabilisation of production schedules.
  • Own the Stock Transfer Order (STO) process from creation through to receipt.
  • Coordinate with procurement, inventory and operations teams to resolve material and supply misalignments.
  • Identify, investigate and escalate data and system inconsistencies.
  • Provide planning data and insights to support capacity reviews and scenario planning activities.
  • Support problem-solving and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Maintain, document and audit supply chain planning processes and procedures

    • Understanding of MRP, MPS and core supply chain planning principles.
    • Experience using ERP systems.
    • Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
    • Analytical and problem-solving capability.
    • Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and stakeholders.
