Supply Chain Planning Cluster Lead

Overview Point of escalation in GBS, overall accountable for Supply Planning in GBS and planning contact point for GBS within a particular category This role is the main interface between the GBS Planning Hub and the Market for Supply Planning collaborating with the operation teams and market planners to ensure market plans and related projects are adopted and service levels and working capital targets are met. Building the supply chain organization & people capabilities to cope with the company growth, enforcing compliance to control environment. Responsibilities Accountable for production plans creation Accountable for inventory and business waste projections to be validated with the market. Lead weekly and monthly review meetings. Monitor key service metrics and lagging performers with Integrated Planning Lead and directors. Analyse root-causes for lagging performers and support on the definition of action plans Attend supply alignment meeting Manage GBS Supply and MRP Planning Team for the Category/cluster First level of escalation on crisis– support the GBS planners on resolution and propose action plans to be aligned with market Integration point between Market and GBS – represents GBS at strategic meetings with the market Manage interrelations with manufacturing to ensure smooth and continuous operation. Ensure product availability in network as per plans. Develop master plans for Supply chain operations capacity to support in AOP/IGP. Build organizational capability for the team in terms of improving technical and soft skills. Integration point between Sector SPL, Market and GBS – representing GBS at strategic projects lead by the Sector & Market Leading the E2E commercial calendars from SP&L perspective ( Production trials, Request Materials for trials, validate the fact sheet volume from production mix /MOQ , managing the codes ( materials /FG) ,ensure all materials order issued on time, manging the 1st production in presence of stockholders then managing the DRP plans Dealing with multiple stockholders ( Quality, WH, R&D ,Quality, Sales , Marketing, Finance planning, finance control, Plant manufacturing team , PP team ,Safety , engineering team, GP , agro , Export team,DP, Master data team & commercialization) Manage with finance & Sales team the timing & activities of monthly physical count Monthly review & approve the write offs for Materials & FG Manage the target of DII/DOH for FG /Materials Manage the target of overtime, CO plans with plants & agree on the plans to be in line with plants KPIs Managing on daily basis product availability across 19 DCs & 17 Distributors in KSA / 4 DCS /2 Distributors at UAE Managing the Export volume to be delivered on Monthly basis across 6 countries Managing 2 SIP meetings on a weekly basis ( KSA/UAE) Manage the S&OP Meeting monthly Lead the materials availability /sharing the FC /orders with suppliers on monthly /weekly basis Approve the POs on SAP system Managing the PIPO plans Weekly & Monthly review with Sector team about the KPIs /RCA Serving KSA/UAE /OG Qualifications 10+ years of experience Engineering University degree is a must Proficiency and high experiencein E2E Supply planning Team leadership experience Problem solving know-how Strong Analytical and stakeholder mgmt skills Proficient with MS Office – MS Excel and MS Power point in particular Experience with planning systems ( Blue Yonder,..etc)
