Supply Chain Planning Lead
Job Summary
The Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) team enables a true end-to-end planning approach by connecting Demand, Supply, and Fulfilment across Processing Solutions & Equipment (PSE). At the core of this integration is a robust Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) framework, driving alignment across production centers, business streams, and markets to ensure reliable, responsive, and cost-efficient delivery of capital equipment.
We are currently strengthening and scaling our S&OP operating model, combining process standardization, advanced planning tools, and cross-functional collaboration. This role plays a critical part in maturing S&OP capabilities and embedding data-driven decision-making across the organization.
You will join a dynamic, global, and highly collaborative environment, where influencing decisions, balancing trade-offs, and continuously improving planning performance are key to success.
The position is based in Cuautitlán, Izcalli.
You will be travelling up to 10% of your time to our customer and supplier sites.

What you will do
As a Supply Chain Planning Specialist, you will:

Lead the S&OP cycle end-to-end, including demand and supply balancing, scenario planning, and actionable decision-making.

Drive alignment across Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Suppliers to ensure feasible and optimized plans.

Develop and execute mid- to long-term supply network plans, maximizing production footprint and sourcing strategies.

Facilitate and influence cross-functional planning forums (weekly, tactical, and strategic horizons).

Identify constraints and drive resolution through structured problem-solving and continuous improvement (WCM, Lean, Six Sigma).

Optimize capacity allocation and asset utilization across production sites.

Strengthen S&OP performance metrics, enhancing forecast accuracy, service levels, and cost efficiency.

Act as a key connector across stakeholders to ensure end-to-end visibility and decision transparency.
We believe you have

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Business, or related field

+5 years of experience in S&OP, Supply Chain Planning, or related roles within a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of S&OP processes, demand/supply balancing, and network planning.

Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment at multiple levels.

Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.

Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, WCM).

Fluency in English and Spanish.

Experience with planning systems/tools (ERP, APS) is a plus.

APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) / ASCM (Association for Supply Chain Management) certifications, such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management) are an advantage.
