Supply Chain Project Manager (AI Analyst)

Key Requirements

  • 8–15 years of experience in supply chain operations (planning, logistics, procurement, warehousing, or regional operations)
  • Proven record of driving operational improvements or transformation initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management across functions and customer-facing environments
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools and practical application of AI in daily work

Operational & Gemba Mindset

  • Deep understanding of real operations through site observation
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies on the ground
  • Translate operational insights into system- and process-level improvements

AI & Digital Application Mindset

  • Strong interest and passion for applying AI in real operational contexts
  • Practical use of AI, automation, analytics, or digital tools
  • Ability to redesign workflows through automation and decision support

Business–AI Bridge (50/50 Capability)

  • Operate effectively across both supply chain and AI/digital domains
  • Translate business problems into structured workflows or AI use cases
  • Use AI as a core tool to deliver measurable outcomes
