This position will be responsible for providing reliable and professional customer care throughout the entire customer experience. This includes order taking, record management, processing invoices, order administration as well as supporting customer service specialist tasks.

Meaningful Work From Day One

The person in this role will be team worker and communicator with an aptitude for providing quality service to all of Brown Forman’s customers - both external customers and internal customers (Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Accounting teams, etc).

What You Can Expect

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer requests and queries

  • Build strong relationships with Brown-Forman’s customers

  • Communicate with logistics providers and import & logistics team concerning customer

  • Requests, inventory availability and logistics issues.

  • Be the first contact of customer complaints and escalate to Customer service specialists as needed

Order Management

  • Receive and process orders for customers using SAP

  • Process orders from internal customers for promotional requirements

  • Monitor the process from Order to CASH and escalate issue to Customer Service Specialist

  • Assist with any master data setup and maintenance in SAP as requested

  • Handle any ad hoc related tasks requested from manager


What You Bring to the Table

Must Have Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in customer service

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new computer software, such as SAP

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills

  • Collaborative team player

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Adaptable and flexible

  • IT literate - MS Office applications & Google applications

  • Data analysis

  • Proactive

  • Problem solving

  • Basic English skill (both writing and reading)

  • Multi-tasks handling ability

Preferred Experience

  • Wholesales customer experience is a plus

  • SAP experience

  • Logistics & warehousing experience is a plus

  • Product Allocation & Demand Planning experience is a plus
