Supply Chain Supervisor

MAGNA EXECUTIVE SEARCH in partnership with a multinational located in Indaiatuba/SP is looking for:

Supply Chain Supervisor

Position requires working 100% in person for at least 1 year.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise procurement, material planning, inventory management, and logistics activities.
• Ensure material availability to support manufacturing operations and customer demand.
• Monitor Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers, ensuring service, quality, and cost expectations are met.
• Coordinate MRP and demand planning activities, ensuring alignment between Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, inventory optimization, and process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to align local operations with corporate strategy.
• Support spare parts operations, including transfers between facilities and fulfillment of critical customer requirements.
• Participate in planning and preparation activities for peak demand periods and seasonal fluctuations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.

Experience in a leadership/supervisory role within Supply Chain.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of procurement, material planning.

Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably Protheus or Oracle.

Advanced English skills,

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.
