We are now looking for a Supply Network Specialist to join the Supply Optimisation team within Services Supply Network (SSN). The role operates in a global context and is based in Lund, Sweden.


The position is temporary, and assignment will last until 2027-12-31.

Services Supply Networks main task is to secure the best customer experience by optimizing and securing optimal availability of spare parts, consumables and upgrades for our global customers via our network of distribution centres located in Lund, Shanghai, Dubai, Chicago, Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Sao Paulo and Chakan.

What you will do

As a Supply Network Specialist, you play a key role in driving supplier performance and improving the end to end supply network. Success in this role is built on two equally important dimensions: your ability to influence across the supply chain and your strength in analytical problem solving.


You will work closely with supplier management, replenishment teams, and suppliers to translate business priorities into clear actions and expectations—ensuring alignment and driving tangible improvements in performance.

• Analyze supply and supplier performance to identify patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Drive initiatives to improve delivery precision, reduce lead times, and strengthen supply reliability
• Translate business needs into concrete actions and requirements for suppliers, and follow through to secure results
• Influence and challenge stakeholders across functions and seniority levels to drive end to end optimization
• Support supplier management with data-driven insights in supplier development and negotiations
• Develop and implement structured problem-solving approaches (e.g. WCM) to address performance gaps
• Utilize and continuously improve planning systems, tools and ways of working within SSN

We believe you have

  • At least 5-10 years’ operational experience in the area of expertise
  • People coordination experience (e.g., from being in a senior specialist role)
  • Project Management skills and experience
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Good English communication skills
