<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide local Indian Market Expertise and perform continuous\nMarket Watch and Market Assessment activities to support and identify\nopportunities for the Global Sourcing Strategies in alignment and collaboration\nwith ESCs/GPU<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Facilitate and support the supplier management for the\nESCs via geographical proximity<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide operational support for the procurement and consolidation\nof goods from South Asia to the different Supply Centers, to optimize cost and\nlead times<\/span>

Participate <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>in the implementation of processes, roles,\nresponsibilities, and governance to integrate at best the South Asia Supply Hub\nin the MSF Global Supply context.<\/span>

Contribute to an efficient and timely procurement\nprocess from order receipt to goods shipped out to ESCs, RSCs and/or country\nprograms and <\/span><\/span>Collaborate with suppliers in the region.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Develop Regional Market expertise and establish a robust\nmedical sourcing mechanism in South Asia<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Understand\nthe sourcing needs from ESCs and GPU, align on scope of interest, and support\nwith appropriate Market Research and related activities<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Together\nwith the QA Referent, prepare a short list of South Asia (India focused)\nmanufacturers that should be targeted based on the procurement strategies and\nneeds, and develop the respective roadmap on how to approach them with the\nrespective stakeholders<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Connect\nwith relevant associations and organizations (e.g. Manufacturers Association\nand other humanitarian procurement organisations) to widen the network<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Attend\nrelevant conferences and exhibitions to identify potential qualitative suppliers\nand monitor market trends<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Understand\nthe needs and scope for support from the ESC Teams and GPU Category Buyers in\nterms of Supplier Management<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support\nthe ESC and GPU Teams with the supplier management of Indian Manufacturers<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Support\nESC and GPU stakeholders in getting access to South Asian suppliers,\nfacilitating day to day communication exchange<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Facilitate\nvalidation activities in terms of commercial, ethics and sustainability aspects\n(e.g., information collection, supplier financial analysis, technical visits,\naudits etc.)<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide\nnegotiation support when required, in alignment with the global strategy<\/span>

Assess flows where goods transit via the India\nwarehouse versus direct supplier\u2011to\u2011cargo shipments, and propose the most\nefficient options.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Prepare consolidation scenarios and\nrecommendations when required, clearly outlining benefits, risks, and trade\u2011offs\n(e.g. cost, lead time, capacity, complexity).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
