Supply Planner II

• Runing KPI report for region - OTTR/OTFP/PD/inventory
• Inventory report overview and other reports support
• Optimize planning of supply in order to efficiently manage inventory levels with on time delivery performance on or above target.
• Analyze On time to request and on time to promise and drive improvements
• Facilitate resolution of product shortage issues and communicate outcome with sales support and order management
• Arrange expedited shipments of parts to support exceptional demand/pull in activities.
• Planning and scheduling of GC Vision solution orders required by end customers in the region
• Actively manage relationships with supplier &OM & sales team.
• Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communication/escalation
• Assists in maintaining accurate planning parameters / material master data.
• Dealing with invoices resolutions and customer complaints & Sales return request.
• Manage customer order processing in factory end, start from order receiving to arrange shipping,close work with production planner to acheaive region demands
• Handle customer inquiries/complaints/return materials and provide solutions promptly
• Work closely with sales team to achieve sales forecast;
• Manage GC inventory in prober level and highlight excess and solution
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner;

1. Bachelors degree in supply chain, operations or other related degree
2. 3-5 years planning experience
3. Experience in SAP , POSO process
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills,Fluently in English
5. Proficient in Microsoft applications

PSS verbiage

Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Product Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the PSS business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.
