Prime Response, Inc. is seeking a qualified Supply Technician with a\nfocus on Vehicle Control to support operations at Eglin Air Force Base. This\nrole is responsible for managing vehicle accountability, supporting supply\noperations, and assisting with facility management functions in a\nmission\-driven environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

The Supply Technician performs a range of technical supply and\nadministrative duties, including inventory management, property accountability,\nand coordination with government stakeholders. The role also serves as the\nprimary point of contact for vehicle control activities supporting Air Force\nResearch Laboratory operations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Vehicle Control Support<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • Serve as the\n central point of contact for assigned government vehicles<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate with\n base transportation and maintenance teams<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure vehicle\n accountability, condition, and compliance with applicable guidance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Monitor vehicle\n usage, maintenance schedules, and inspections<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Track and\n maintain required documentation, reports, and safety briefings<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Identify and\n report vehicle issues and coordinate corrective actions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Support\n programs to prevent misuse, abuse, or damage<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Perform\n inventory, storage, cataloging, and property management functions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Maintain\n accurate records, reports, and supply documentation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Assist with\n data tracking, reporting, and resolution of supply issues<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Provide general\n administrative support requiring subject matter knowledge<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Facility and Building Coordination<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p>

      • Support\n building management activities for assigned facilities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Coordinate\n maintenance requests and track work orders<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Serve as a\n point of contact for facility related issues and follow up<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Assist with\n real property accountability and protection<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        • Operate\n government vehicles or light trucks to transport materials when required<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Assist with\n loading, unloading, and basic vehicle upkeep<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Support other\n related duties aligned with contract requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

          Requirements<\/h3>

          Minimum Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
          <\/span><\/span><\/p>

          • High school\n diploma or equivalent<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • At least two\n years of experience in supply, logistics, property accountability, or\n related field<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Experience\n using computers for data entry, reporting, or inventory tracking<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Proficiency\n with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Valid driver\u2019s\n license and clean driving record<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Ability to\n obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Ability to\n communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Ability to\n perform physical tasks including walking, lifting, and conducting\n inventory<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

            Preferred Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
            <\/span><\/span><\/p>

            • Prior military\n experience or experience supporting Air Force operations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/span><\/li>
            • Background in\n vehicle control, transportation, or fleet management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

              This position requires work in both office and operational settings,\nincluding warehouses, laboratories, and outdoor areas. The role may involve\nstanding, walking, and performing physical inventory activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
