Supply Trainer

Responsibilities

· Monitor training standards, policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented correctly at the RSAF bases.

· Identify training needs and deficiencies within the RSAF training programmes and develop solutions.

· Provide assistance to RSAF logistics projects as required.

Job Requirements\:

· A minimum of 15 years of practical and progressive experience in Supply Training & Logistics Procedures.

· Computer literate and an experienced user of the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project).

· Experience working at RSAF Depot Supply, Bases and HQ.

· Have the capability to evaluate individuals by using interview techniques.

· Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills with proficiency in writing letters.

· Experienced in Team Leadership, delegation and team building skills for effective people management.

· Must be a quick learner and be willing to learn new skills.

· Must be a team player with supervisory skills and have willingness to share and train others.

· Ability to communicate well at all levels in both written and verbal format. capable networking skills used at all levels within an organization.

· Must be able to work proactively on his own initiative. Possess managerial skills and be able to lead a Training team.

· Have excellent man-management and interpersonal skills.

· Experience in Coordinating Supply related Training Programs/Activities.

· Proficient in RSAF Supply Procedure Manual 67-1, Training Manuals 105-8,105-30A and 105-30B.
