Overview of Job Function:

This role ensures operational continuity across hardware, software, and service workflows by managing demand signals, executing order fulfillment processes, overseeing RMA activities, and maintaining accurate data across systems. The coordinator acts as a central point of contact between internal teams, vendors, logistics partners, and customers to support efficient, compliant, and timely delivery of products and services.

Responsibilities

1. Order Coordination
● Coordinate order commitments and backlog (BL) alignment.
● Process orders in accordance with defined SLAs.
2. Supply Pipeline & Logistics Alignment
● Manage supply pipeline activities, including pull-in/push-out alignment.
● Monitor and validate PO acknowledgements.
● Coordinate freight scheduling and logistics communication.
3. RMA & Returns Management
● Serve as the primary RMA Coordinator for all return-related workflows.
● Manage RMA processes and urgent replacements.
● Manage Return for Credit submissions and coordinate Return to Vendor activities.
4. Delivery Route Planning
● Plan delivery routes and coordinate with logistics partners.
● Monitor real-time delivery performance and adjust routes as needed.
5. Trade Compliance
● Support item tariff classification and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
● Collaborate with compliance teams to maintain accurate import/export documentation.
6. Material & Demand Planning Support
● Support material planning activities to ensure adequate inventory availability.
● Support lifecycle management, including ECO (Engineering Change Order) implementations and item category updates.
7. Data Management & Reporting
● Perform data supplementation activities to maintain system accuracy.
● Ensure data integrity across planning, order, and fulfillment systems.
8. Supplement Inventory Operations
● Conduct annual cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience
● Diploma in supply chain management, Operations, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
● 2 years of experience in supply chain operations, material planning, order management, or logistics coordination.
● Experience working with RMAs, vendor returns, and customer replacement workflows.
Technical Skills
● Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (mainly Oracle).
● Ability to interpret and manage PO acknowledgements, supply pipeline data, and freight schedules.
● Competence in data supplementation, reporting tools, and system accuracy maintenance.
● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret supply chain data and identify trends.
Communication & Coordination
● Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to coordinate between planning, logistics, vendors, and customer-facing teams.
● Strong vendor management capabilities, especially in RMA, RTV, and replacement workflows.

Soft Skills & Competencies
● Demonstrated ability to stay highly organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with proven experience collaborating across global teams operating in diverse locations and time zones.
● Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.
● Adaptability to fast-changing supply chain conditions and urgent operational demands.


Nice to Have
● Strong understanding of forecasting processes, demand planning, and production load management.
● Familiarity with ECO processes, item master data, and lifecycle management.
● Knowledge of trade compliance fundamentals, including tariff classification.
