Support Engineer (Display products)

• Support the Service Manager in preparation of weekly and monthly service reports.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to ensure smooth and efficient daily service operations when required.

• Assist in the installation, setup, and configuration of copiers/ multifunction printers (MFPs) and smart office solutions.
• Support engineers in troubleshooting hardware issues (machines, networking, peripherals)

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related discipline.
• Experience in copier/ MFP servicing, print solutions, or office automation systems.

Salary: $4,200
