<\/p>We are looking for an experienced\nTechnology Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, data communication systems,\nand technical project execution, preferably within an e\-Governance environment.\nThe candidate will be responsible for managing technical operations, leading\nteams, and ensuring the smooth implementation of technology\-driven projects.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>Key\nResponsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Manage and monitor overall IT infrastructure and data\n communication systems<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Lead technical teams for project execution and support\n activities<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Plan, implement, and maintain technology solutions for\n e\-Governance projects<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure system performance, network security, and data\n integrity<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and government\n departments for project delivery<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely\n resolution<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and\n compliance records<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and\n quality standards<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Required\nQualifications<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- M.Tech / B.Tech / Graduate in Computer Science, Data\n Communication, or a related field<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- 3 years of relevant experience in technology\n management and IT infrastructure<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Hands\-on experience in at least one e\-Governance\n project<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Required\nSkills<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking\n concepts<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Experience in handling technical/project management\n responsibilities<\/span><\/span>

<\/li>- Problem\-solving and analytical skills<\/span><\/span>
