Support Services Specialist II A&I

  1. Responsible for project management with assigned clients and handling related activities.
  2. Responsible for scheduling, assigning, reviewing, and coordinating workflow to ensure proper utilization of staff.
  3. Receive inspection inquiries from SS team and assign inspector as required.
  4. Create work orders and capture data into the system.
  5. Prepare weekly/monthly summary as requested.
  6. Other duties as assigned.
  1. College or above with international trade or English discipline.
  2. Good English reading and writing skill. Fluent in oral English will be preferred.
  3. At least 1 year or above working experience.
  4. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  5. High Sense of responsibility.
  6. Good computer, data entry and analysis skill.
