Support Services Specialist II A&I
- Responsible for project management with assigned clients and handling related activities.
- Responsible for scheduling, assigning, reviewing, and coordinating workflow to ensure proper utilization of staff.
- Receive inspection inquiries from SS team and assign inspector as required.
- Create work orders and capture data into the system.
- Prepare weekly/monthly summary as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
- College or above with international trade or English discipline.
- Good English reading and writing skill. Fluent in oral English will be preferred.
- At least 1 year or above working experience.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- High Sense of responsibility.
- Good computer, data entry and analysis skill.
