Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Provide support\n to clients in accordance with their NDIS plans<\/span>\n \n

  • <\/span> \n Assist clients\n with daily living activities, such as eating, dressing,\n bathing and grooming<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>

  • <\/span> \n Provide\n transportation assistance to clients<\/span> \n
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    <\/span>
    <\/div>
  • <\/span> \n Provide respite\n care to clients and their families<\/span> \n

    <\/span>

  • \n Keep accurate and\n up\-to\-date records of clients' care plans and\n progress<\/span> \n

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • A minimum\n of a high school or\n equivalent<\/span><\/span> <\/span> <\/span>

    • \n At least 1\n year of experience working with people with\n disabilities<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience with dementia is highly regarded<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Day shifts, nights, sleepovers, weekends<\/span><\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • <\/span> \n Strong\n understanding of the NDIS and its\n guidelines<\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong\n communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem\-solving\n and decision\-making skillsExperience with CRM software\n and NDIS portalsUnderstanding of health and safety\n regulations<\/span><\/span>
