What You'll Be Doing: <\/b>

- Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
<\/span><\/li>- Providing social and emotional support to clients, engaging them in meaningful activities and outings
<\/li>- Advocating for clients' needs and preferences, ensuring they receive personalised, person\-centred care
<\/li>- Collaborating with the broader care team to develop and implement individualised care plans
<\/li>- Maintaining accurate documentation and records related to client care
<\/li>- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
<\/li><\/ul>

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
- Immediate availability \u2013 must be able to start on Tuesday, November 11
<\/span><\/li>- Relevant qualifications in disability support or a related field (minimum Cert III)
<\/li>- Experience working with clients who have challenging behaviours and mental health conditions
<\/li>- Proven reliability \u2013 must be committed to scheduled shifts and demonstrate a strong work ethic
<\/li>- Previous experience in a similar role with a demonstrated commitment to person\-centred care
<\/li>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients
<\/li>- Strong problem\-solving skills and a flexible, adaptable approach
<\/li>- A genuine passion for making a positive difference in people\u2019s lives
<\/li>- A current driver\u2019s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (desirable)
<\/li>- Available shifts include: 0600\u20131700, 1700\u20132200 + sleepovers, and 0600\u20130900.
