Roles& Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>

  • Perform\n accurate coding of diagnoses and CPT codes in accordance with ICD\-10\-CM\n and CPT guidelines.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure coding\n accuracy of at least 98%.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Review and\n analyze medical records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements\n and accurate documentation.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Work closely\n with healthcare providers to clarify documentation as needed for accurate\n coding.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Stay up to\n date with the latest coding guidelines, ICD codes, and industry trends.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain\n confidentiality and always comply with HIPAA regulations.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Communicate\n effectively with medical staff, patients, and other team members.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure coding\n is performed in a timely manner to avoid billing delays.<\/span>

    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum 2\-5 years of experience<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Inpatient, Outpatient & SDS<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Should have an excellent command and proficiency\nin E/M Inpatient & Outpatient & and <\/span> <\/span>all\nprocedure coding<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Good Communication<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Accuracy 98%<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Candidate with no break in service<\/span>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Multispecialty coder (Cardiothoracic, vascular,\northopedics, general surgery, Ophthalmology, OBGYN, Plastics, Oncology,\nRadiation therapy).<\/span>
