Surgical Implant Assistant Sales Manager (Spine)
Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies for spinal implant products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with spine surgeons, hospitals, and key decision-makers.
- Provide clinical support during surgical cases and product demonstrations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical devices, with proven track record in spine or orthopedic implants.
- Familiar with the latest surgical technologies, including navigation and minimally invasive spine techniques.
- Strong network and established relationships with spine surgeons and hospitals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
