    We are seeking a <\/span>Surigcal Technologist Instructor<\/b> <\/span>to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students through the Surgical Tech curriculum, preparing them for successful careers in the healthcare field. You will use your practical experience as a Surgical Tech to instruct students on clinical and administrative duties, medical procedures, and patient care. The ideal candidate has strong teaching skills, a passion for helping students succeed, and practical experience in the medical field, specifically in Surgical Technology.

    Responsibilities
    <\/b>\u2022 Teach Surgical Tech course curriculum, including clinical and administrative skills<\/div>
    \u2022 Prepare instructional materials and deliver lectures, practical labs, and demonstrations
    <\/div>
    \u2022 Evaluate student performance through tests, assessments, and practical skills demonstrations
    <\/div>
    \u2022 Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, grading, and progress tracking
    <\/div>
    \u2022 Provide students with real\-world examples and insights from personal experience in a medical office setting
    <\/div>
    \u2022 Assist in developing lesson plans, maintaining the course syllabus, and updating curriculum as needed
    <\/div>
    \u2022 Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment for students from various educational backgrounds
    <\/div>
    \u2022 Supervise students during clinical practice sessions
    <\/div><\/div>

    Qualifications<\/b>
    <\/div><\/div>
    • BLS Certification and Certified Surgical Technologist Certification Required or Bachelor's Degree or Active Nursing License in the State of Georgia

    • Excellent customer service skills
