Swift Engineer, AI Experiences - Innovation Lab

Consult & Architect: Dive deep into our customers’ technical landscapes. Analyze their challenges, map out available technologies, and design thoughtful, actionable solutions that drive mutually agreed-upon outcomes. Build & Innovate: Maintain and enhance the Innovation Lab's technical infrastructure. You will build and deliver high-impact, hands-on demonstrations showcasing the latest in emerging AI and Spatial Computing capabilities. Evangelize Best Practices: Act as a trusted advisor to technical teams at leading global organizations, sharing expert guidance on the development, integration, and deployment of AI-powered enterprise applications. Lead with Empathy: Approach every customer interaction with deep curiosity, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to consistently deliver excellent outcomes. Minimum Qualifications BS in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) and 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience Hands-on experience developing high-quality native applications for Apple platforms using Swift, SwiftUI, and modern Apple frameworks. Proven track record building AI-powered applications, with hands-on experience integrating LLMs, deploying on-device ML models, and applying related techniques such as prompt design, evaluation, and agentic workflows. Strong software engineering fundamentals, with a track record of shipping production systems built on clean, robust, and maintainable code. Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts, technologies, and tools. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Apple's AI/ML stack, including the Foundation Models framework, Core ML, and MLX, and how to apply each to the right problem. Hands-on experience developing for visionOS using RealityKit and ARKit, or strong interest in Spatial Computing. A broad understanding of common enterprise technologies, leading ecosystem solutions, and complex integration workflows. Genuinely curious about AI and ML, with a habit of staying current on new models, techniques, and tools. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and partner cross-functionally across business, product, design, and engineering teams. Self-directed, detail-oriented, and effective in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
