  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

  • Manage user accounts, email IDs, access rights, and permissions

  • Ensure data backup, recovery, and system security procedures

  • Maintain antivirus, firewall, and software updates

  • Coordinate with vendors for IT support, AMC, and repairs

  • Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures

    • Ensure adherence to company IT policies and security guidelines

      Requirements<\/h3>

      Required Skills & Qualifications
      <\/h2>
      • Diploma / Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
        <\/p><\/li>

      • 2\u20135 years of experience in System Administration and IT Asset Management
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Experience in IT inventory management
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Good troubleshooting and communication skills
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Knowledge of Zoho, TrackWick, or similar tools is an added advantage
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
