Application/Agent (where applicable) Implementation, Administration, and Troubleshooting

CA Unicenter TNG-NSM

Spectrum/eHealth

CA Asset Tools

Yurbi

Knowledge of other CA products such as CA Forest and Trees reporting package and CA portal product

SQL Server 20nn Administration and Maintenance

Windows nn Administration

Unix & Linux Administration

Windows/Unix Security & Firewall Rule Implementation

CA UniCenter-Remedy Integration Experience

CA UniCenter-SOM CMDB Integration Experience
