System Administrator

We're building bold games. That means our studio runs on infrastructure that works — quietly, reliably, without drama. To keep it that way, we need someone who owns the office tech stack and keeps everything humming. If you bring sharp troubleshooting instincts, a practical mindset, and a low tolerance for avoidable downtime — this one's for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the office infrastructure

Manage hardware, networking, servers, and day-to-day IT operations across the Belgrade studio.

Be the vendor bridge

Act as the primary point of contact with the external vendors, coordinating, escalating, and following through.

Keep things connected

Maintain local networks, VPNs, and remote access setups so the team can work without friction.

Manage user accounts and access

Handle onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective — permissions, devices, and software licences.

Troubleshoot without fuss

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Support employees day-to-day

Handle onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day user support with efficiency and low noise.

Think ahead

Flag infrastructure risks, suggest improvements, and document setups in a way that the next person can actually follow.

WHO YOU ARE

Self-directed

You don't wait to be told what needs fixing. You notice it, own it, and sort it.

Calm under pressure

When things break, you stay clear-headed and methodical.

Vendor-smart

You know how to manage external suppliers: clear briefs, realistic expectations, no surprises.

Practically minded

You favour simple, durable solutions over over-engineered ones.

A reliable communicator

You keep the right people in the loop without overcomplicating it.

WHAT YOU KNOW

IT foundations

Hands-on experience administering Windows and Mac environments in an office setting.

Networking know-how

Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs.

Hardware confidence

Comfortable deploying, configuring, and maintaining workstations, switches, routers, and peripherals.

Vendor coordination experience

You've worked alongside external providers and know how to get the best out of them.

Bonus: experience in a creative or tech studio environment

Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and cloud platforms is a plus.
