The incumbent works closely with IT teams, operational departments, and system vendors to ensure reliable system performance and data accuracy across mining, engineering, and business functions.

\u2022\tAssist in analysing business processes and system requirements across mining operations.

\u2022\tSupport the design, testing, and implementation of new systems or system enhancements.

\u2022\tProvide first\-line technical support for operational systems and applications.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tIdentify system issues, troubleshoot faults, and escalate complex problems to senior analysts or vendors.

Business Process Support<\/i><\/b>

\u2022\tDocument current and future business processes related to production, maintenance, and supply chain systems.
