We are looking for a <\/span>System Analyst with experience in the Real Estate industry<\/b> <\/span>to analyze business requirements, design system solutions, and support the development of scalable property management and real estate platforms. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure efficient and effective system delivery.
<\/p> Responsibilities
<\/h3>- Gather and analyze business requirements from real estate stakeholders (sales, leasing, property management teams).
<\/li> - Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
<\/li> - Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver system solutions.
<\/li> - Design workflows for real estate operations such as:
- Property listings
<\/li> - Tenant management
<\/li> - Sales & leasing processes
<\/li> - CRM integration
<\/li><\/ul><\/li> - Improve and optimize existing real estate systems for better performance and user experience.
<\/li> - Conduct system testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
<\/li> - Support integration with third\-party real estate platforms and payment systems.
<\/li> - Prepare documentation including BRD, SRS, and process flows.
<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
Requirements<\/h3>- 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst .
<\/li> - Strong experience in <\/span>Real Estate / Property Management systems<\/b> <\/span>is required.
<\/li>- Understanding of real estate workflows (sales, rentals, property listings, contracts).
<\/li> - Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
<\/li><\/ul> Technical Skills
<\/h3>- Requirements gathering & documentation
<\/li> - Process mapping (BPMN or similar)
<\/li> - SQL basics (preferred)
<\/li> - API understanding and system integration knowledge
<\/li> - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
