System Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a System Developer based in Brazil.

This role is part of a dynamic implementation team focused on delivering tailored software solutions for the supply chain industry. You will work on designing, developing, and configuring systems that directly support complex logistics and operational processes for global clients.
The position combines technical development with client-facing responsibilities, requiring both analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
You will contribute to system architecture, business process mapping, and the translation of requirements into scalable technical solutions.
The environment is collaborative and fast-paced, where innovation, precision, and problem-solving are key drivers of success.
You will also participate in consulting activities, ensuring solutions are aligned with client needs and implementation best practices.
This is a hands-on role where your work will have a direct impact on optimizing supply chain performance and efficiency.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop, configure, and implement software systems focused on supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to map business processes, translate functional needs into technical specifications, and support system customization.
  • Design and maintain database structures and write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.
  • Support system architecture definition and contribute to solution design for complex implementation projects.
  • Integrate systems using REST/SOAP WebServices and work with data formats such as XML and JSON.
  • Provide technical consulting throughout implementation phases, following established delivery methodologies.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables while meeting deadlines, performance standards, and client expectations.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Software/System Developer.
    • Strong experience with T-SQL (SQL Server) or PL/SQL (Oracle), including stored procedures and query optimization.
    • Solid knowledge of relational database modeling and architecture.
    • Experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
    • Hands-on experience with REST and/or SOAP web services and data formats like XML and JSON.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to system design.
    • Advanced English proficiency.
    • Availability for travel and eligibility for CLT employment.
    • Experience in supply chain, WMS implementations, or technical leadership is a strong advantage.
    • Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., SSRS) or labeling tools (e.g., Bartender) is a plus.
    • Intermediate Spanish is considered an additional asset.
