System Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the technical point of contact for automotive customers, collect customers' requirements, formulate corresponding plans and promote their implementation;
- Collect and analyze stakeholders' requirements, develop system solutions as well as development, testing and verification plans;
- Design system architecture, including physical module allocation of functions, and decomposing system requirements to the next level (hardware, software, mechanics, etc.);
- Defining and maintain internal interfaces of the system architecture, as well as uploading, maintaining, tracking and reporting system requirements;
- Responsible for Design Verification (DV) of products/systems, and conducting systematic technical risk analysis including S-FMEA, DRBEM, FTA and DFA;
- Responsible for acceptance testing of product functions and performance, identifying and troubleshooting product issues, and collaborating with internal teams to drive problem resolution;
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure on-time and quality delivery of projects.
Job Requirements
- Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering are preferred;
- Language Requirements: English as a working language; proficiency in Chinese is a plus;
- Industry Experience: 2+ years of working experience in systems, software or hardware, with experience in ADAS/AD project delivery;
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Familiar with system design and development methodologies, as well as ISySML/UML modeling languages;
- Familiar with product/system verification methods, working principles of ADAS/AD related components, vehicle communication, diagnostic protocols and cybersecurity;
- Soft Skills: Excellent system construction ability, communication skills, reasoning and evaluation ability, and team work spirit.
