The System Engineer will be responsible for providing suitably qualified manpower for the management of Wipro's physical security systems deployed in India.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

  • The deployed manpower will perform the activities of monitoring, functioning and reporting of physical security applications/data server, security audit assistance, access management and security incidents concerning physical security systems, applications and data base failures.

  • Coordination with system integrator, Wipro lT team, OEMs for troubleshooting faults and carry out patch upgradation for all physical security & electronic systems.

  • Assist in implementation and monitoring of maintenance program of physical security electronic systems.

  • Conduct periodic self-audits for optimization of electronic security systems.

  • Assist in POCS for emerging electronic security systems technology/electronic security systems upgradation.

  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science/ECE.

  • Knowledge of IP CCTV cameras, NVRs, LAN, Command Center applications and Video management system.
  • Should have knowledge to extract the video footage as and when required.
  • Should have knowledge on configure the analytics over the IP cameras
  • Should have knowledge on electronic systems like Access control system, Power fence system, Boom Barriers, Turnstiles etc.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage multiple projects and meet timely deadlines.
  • Knowledge of network security architecture.
  • Knowledge of Security Tech Requirements and qualifications.
  • Basic knowledge on Generative AI.
