Job Description

Role: System Engineer
Experience: 5 – 8 yrs
Location: Hyderabad

Summary

Senior system engineer providing hands‑on L2/L3 support for enterprise and risk applications during business hours.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents across all applications

• Perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes

• Support deployments, patches, and configuration changes

• Monitor integrations, APIs, and batch jobs

• Update runbooks and SOPs

Skills

✓ Application production support experience

✓ .NET / Java / SaaS platforms

✓ SQL Server / Oracle querying

✓ REST API troubleshooting

✓ Windows/Linux basics

○ Adobe AEM ops exposure

○ Finance or compliance systems
