We\nare looking for a proactive System Engineer / Network Engineer to support\nday\-to\-day IT operations. The role involves user account management, IT asset\nallocation, system troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate IT trackers to\nensure smooth business operations.<\/span>
<\/p>

Key\nResponsibilities<\/span>
<\/h2>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Create, modify, and manage user accounts for employees and doctors\n(Email, Active Directory, O365, applications)<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assign and manage IT assets such as laptops, desktops, monitors, and\naccessories<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to laptops, desktops,\nprinters, and networks<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide timely end\-user IT support and issue resolution<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain and update IT asset, user access, and issue trackers<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate with internal teams<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards<\/span>
<\/p>

Required Skills\n& Qualifications<\/span>
<\/h2>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in system administration and end\-user support<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Good communication, documentation, and problem\-solving skills<\/span>
<\/p>

Preferred Skills<\/span>
<\/h2>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with ticketing tools and asset management systems<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Exposure to corporate or healthcare IT environments
