System Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Provide system analysis, design, and support for enterprise IT applications
Manage and maintain Atlassian Jira Software Data Centre environments
Troubleshoot incidents and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Support system enhancements and continuous improvements
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Plan, coordinate, and execute technical tasks effectively
Support testing, deployment, and documentation activities

Job Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications)
At least 2 years’ experience in: (1) System analysis and design (2) Projects within DSTA, MINDEF, or SAF environments
Proven experience in supporting or delivering Jira Data Centre solutions
Strong skills in system analysis and design
Hands-on experience with Jira Software Data Centre
Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
A responsible team player with a commitment to quality delivery
