Right now, we are looking for a Systems Administrator Microsoft for a client on our Talent Team.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Administration and operation of VMware virtualized infrastructure
  • Management of the virtual machine lifecycle
  • Administration of Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects - GPOs)
  • Operation and support of Microsoft Azure infrastructure
  • Support for the management of critical application platforms
  • Monitoring, analysis, and resolution of incidents in production environments
  • Participation in capacity planning and resource optimization activities
  • Implementation of security best practices and system hardening
  • Execution of upgrades, patch management, and scheduled maintenance
  • Collaboration with technology vendors and partners
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
  • Active contribution to the continuous improvement of infrastructure and operational processes

You must have:

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator (Mid-level)
  • Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and/or Azure Local environments
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Solid networking knowledge
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies and environments
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot issues in production environments
  • Experience with scripting
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Exposure to containerized environments
  • Experience with enterprise application platforms
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience working in critical or regulated environments
  • Awareness of information security best practices
