Job Summary
We are looking for a Systems & Applications Analyst to support our internal business applications, CRM systems, platform testing, API integrations and technology projects. The role will work closely with business teams and the development team to improve workflows, support system enhancements and help implement new technology initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable testing new tools hands-on, API documentation and setup/testing, using platforms such as postman, validating system behaviour and translating business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements for implementation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Testing business applications, SaaS platforms, sandbox environments or vendor-provided tools.
  • Understanding of API authentication, request/response structures, error codes, data mapping and integration testing.
  • Create test cases, document bugs, validate fixes and coordinate UAT.
  • Document test findings, limitations, bugs, integration gaps, and implementation recommendations.
  • Experience coordinating with platforms, technology partners and internal development teams.
  • Administer and support CRM integrations including fields, forms, reports, dashboards, user access and data quality checks.
  • Provide day-to-day application support to internal users and troubleshoot system, workflow, access, and reporting issues.
  • Help evaluate new tools and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user adoption.
Required Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in a systems analyst, CRMs, product operations, technology support roles.
  • Familiarity with software testing, UAT, bug tracking, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with CRM or business application platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar systems.
  • Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into system requirements.
  • Understanding of APIs, databases, SQL, data fields, forms, workflows and integrations.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with business users, technical teams, and vendors.
  • High attention to detail, especially in data validation, reports, workflows, and process documentation.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with CRMs, Postman, workflow automation tools, including workflows, custom fields, modules and user access management.
  • Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, CSS, SDKs, sandbox environments or similar technologies to support scripting, data validation and technical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to review and test SDKs, vendor documentation, sandbox environments, webhooks and third-party integration workflows.
  • Exposure to AI tools and business process automation.
  • Understanding of access control, data privacy, and compliance-sensitive workflows.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, B.Tech or a related field preferred.
Relevant practical experience may be considered in place of formal qualification.
