WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation
• Engage with business stakeholders and customers to understand business challenges, opportunities and operational needs
• Design and document system and integration solutions that meet business, customer and technology requirements
• Build strong working relationships with business users, customers, project managers, developers, testers and support teams
• Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions align with approved designs, requirements and coding standards
• Prepare and maintain governance documentation, including solution designs, change records, impact assessments and implementation plans
• This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday during business hours, flexibility with hours during peak times may be required
• This is a grade L position

WHAT CAN YOU BRING?

• Strong experience with DHL IT system/applications - Required
• Bachelor's Degree in IT (Software/Development) or equivalent - Required
• Project Management Certification (Prince2/Scrum) – Highly Desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communicator with stakeholder management
• Organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented
