Job Description:<\/span><\/span><\/b> This is a\nfull\-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work is\nperformed at a customer location. As a Computer Network Support Systems\nEngineer you will support a customer's computer network operations\norganization by providing systems engineering and project management expertise\nto assist with the following activities:<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

  • Perform analysis\n and provide recommendations pertaining to proposed AI/ML architecture\n designs and proposals<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Work with\n organizations to coordinate and help shape interactions on AI/ML\n deployments with the customer\u2019s enterprise<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate\n activities to assess program management planning, execution, and reporting\n processes for various projects that include software, sustainment, and\n advanced technology initiatives<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assist with\n operating in an agile development process including maintaining agile\n development tools such as Jira and Confluence<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Develop new\n processes, as needed, and ensure that the processes are reliable,\n repeatable, and sustainable<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assist in defining\n process improvement strategies and lessons learned<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Document existing\n processes<\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/div>

    <\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Position\nrequires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Bachelor\u2019s\n degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems,\n engineering or other related discipline plus at least 6 years of systems\n engineering experience. A Master\u2019s degree or PhD may be substituted for\n two years of experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 10 years of\n systems engineering experience would also be acceptable<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Familiarity with\n Jira and Confluence agile development tools<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      • Familiarity with\n working in an agile development environment<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Experience with\n Python<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Cyber/IT helpdesk\n experience<\/span><\/span>
