TA Specialist
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for entry\-, mid\-, and senior\-level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
<\/li> - Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Resdex, and job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, Hirist, Apna, IIMJobs, and Internshala.
<\/li> - Develop hiring strategies, workforce plans, and talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
<\/li> - Lead campus recruitment initiatives and build partnerships with colleges and universities.
<\/li> - Create and optimize job postings to improve candidate reach and quality.
<\/li> - Collaborate with staffing agencies and vendors to ensure timely and quality hiring.
<\/li> - Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and maintain high offer\-to\-join conversion rates.
<\/li> - Track recruitment metrics, including time\-to\-fill, cost\-per\-hire, quality\-of\-hire, and offer acceptance rates, using ATS and Excel.
<\/li> - Deliver an excellent candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
<\/div>● 2\-7 years of full\-cycle recruitment experience in fast\-paced environments.
<\/div>● Exposure to tech and non\-tech hiring across levels.
<\/div>Sourcing Expertise
<\/div>● Strong experience sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social channels.
<\/div>● Solid command of Boolean search and niche profile sourcing.
<\/div>
<\/div>Communication
<\/div>● Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder communication.
<\/div>● Ability to manage candidate expectations and hiring manager alignment.
<\/div>ATS & Hiring Tools
<\/div>● Hands\-on experience with Zoho Recruit, Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and similar
<\/div>tools.
<\/div>● Comfortable working with data and generating reports.
<\/div>Process Orientation
<\/div>● Ability to follow structured workflows, hiring SLAs, and documentation.
