About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month maximum term contract, playing a key role in attracting, engaging and hiring top talent across our diverse business.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage end-to-end recruitment delivery across a designated portfolio. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll partner with leaders, influence hiring decisions and deliver a seamless, experience-led recruitment process.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to provide expert guidance on attraction, selection and hiring decisions.
- Deliver high-volume and project recruitment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with recruitment marketing to enhance employer brand and candidate attraction.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide market insights and advice.
- Ensure recruitment compliance, reporting accuracy and adherence to policies and processes.
About You
You’re a driven and adaptable recruitment professional who thrives in a dynamic, service-driven environment. You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences.
You will have:
- Experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally across corporate or project hiring.
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience using recruitment systems ideally Workday.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practice, compliance and labour market trends.
