Job Purpose: \nAs an HR Advisory firm, the primary objective is to maintain a quality resume database to match effectively clients with suitable candidates. <\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities: <\/span><\/span>

\u2022 Utilize LinkedIn and other online platforms to search for relevant candidates and resumes. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\u2022 Review resumes and applications to ensure all necessary information is present.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\u2022 Screen candidates to evaluate their qualifications and experience in relation to the job role and \ncompany. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\u2022 Establish and maintain a high\-quality resume database. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\u2022 Create and post job listings on websites and portals to attract suitable applicants.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\u2022 Provide ongoing support and communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

\u2022 Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. <\/span><\/span>

\u2022 Gather feedback from clients and candidates to enhance the recruitment process. \nRequirements: \nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.<\/span><\/span>

Experience: <\/span><\/span>1\-2 Years Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or client\-facing roles preferred. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

Team Player: Collaborative attitude to work effectively within a team and support colleagues. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

We are assisting large and emerging companies by finding the right talent at leadership level. We help \norganizational building by hiring CXO and mid to senior level management. We develop and implement \norganization chart and help management in implementing the organization chart. We take assignment to do \ngap analysis and provide corporate trainers to train the leadership based on gap analysis. We provide interim \nHR support and build HR department as per the needs of the organization. We do compensation bench \nmarking and drive communication strategy internally.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
