\u2022 Utilize LinkedIn and other online platforms to search for relevant candidates and resumes. <\/span><\/span>

\u2022 Review resumes and applications to ensure all necessary information is present.<\/span><\/span>

\u2022 Screen candidates to evaluate their qualifications and experience in relation to the job role and \ncompany. <\/span><\/span>

\u2022 Establish and maintain a high\-quality resume database. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Create and post job listings on websites and portals to attract suitable applicants.<\/span><\/span>

\u2022 Provide ongoing support and communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.<\/span><\/span>

We develop and implement \norganization chart and help management in implementing the organization chart. We take assignment to do \ngap analysis and provide corporate trainers to train the leadership based on gap analysis. We provide interim \nHR support and build HR department as per the needs of the organization. We do compensation bench \nmarking and drive communication strategy internally.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
