Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Generalist

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Recruitment Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned vacancies, from sourcing through candidate closing.
  • Coordinate job postings, screening, shortlist preparation, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and selection follow-up.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and vacancy progress.
  • Manage recruitment pipeline tracking, status reporting, and hiring process discipline to improve time-to-fill and hiring quality.
  • Coordinate offer details and handover with HR Operation for contracts, onboarding administration, and employee setup.

2. Candidate Experience and Employer Branding

  • Ensure professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Support employer branding activities through job campaigns, social content, recruitment materials, and candidate-facing communication.
  • Coordinate external recruitment channels, agencies, universities, and job platforms where required.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, campaigns, and events that strengthen motivation, participation, and workplace connection.
  • Support employee engagement surveys, coordinate follow-up actions, and track implementation progress.
  • Coordinate recognition activities and employee programs that reinforce company values and positive employee experience.

4. Internal Communication

  • Prepare internal communication materials for HR initiatives, campaigns, employee activities, and organizational announcements.
  • Ensure communication is clear, timely, engaging, and aligned with company tone and people priorities.
  • Support communication planning for engagement, onboarding, and people experience programs.

5. Employee Experience and Well-being

  • Support initiatives related to onboarding experience, employee journey, workplace well-being, and employee listening.
  • Coordinate practical employee-centered programs that improve satisfaction, connection, and retention.
  • Support exit feedback collection or employee experience insights where assigned.

6. Reporting, Coordination, and Continuous Improvement

  • Track recruitment and engagement KPIs such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, participation rates, and program feedback.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for management on recruitment, engagement, and communication activities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of recruitment and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and continuous improvement of recruitment and engagement processes.
  • Perform other duties related to recruitment, employee engagement, communication, and employee experience matters as assigned.

Education

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • Master degree is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR communication, or related HR generalist scope.
  • Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring and stakeholder coordination is required.
  • Experience in employee engagement activities, communication, or employer branding is preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or multinational environment is an advantage.

Technical Knowledge and Skills

  • Good understanding of recruitment process management, candidate assessment support, and hiring coordination.
  • Strong communication, event coordination, and employee engagement execution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and people initiatives with strong follow-through.
  • Good command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
