Talent Acquisition & Corporate Operations

You will own the full recruiting pipeline for engineering hires and run corporate operations tasks. You will source and screen candidates, conduct first-round interviews, manage agencies, support offer negotiation and closing, and plan team events and offsites. Use AI tools to increase throughput while keeping candidate communication authentic, fast, and warm.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of engineering candidates through direct sourcing referrals and agency management
  • Create recruiting content and employer branding strategies
  • Conduct first-round screening and culture fit assessments
  • Manage candidate experience with fast warm communication from first touch to offer acceptance
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and optimize cost and quality
  • Support hiring managers through offer negotiation and closing
  • Plan and execute team events workations and offsites
  • Leverage AI tools to maximize recruiting throughput while keeping candidate facing communication human

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition recruiting operations or HR with a recruiting focus
  • Track record of hiring engineers including software infrastructure or related technical roles
  • Professional-level English
  • Currently using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in your workflow
  • Exceptional responsiveness and follow through
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership without waiting for direction
  • Experience recruiting for financial services or fintech companies (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with global hiring multiple jurisdictions and visa considerations (nice to have)
  • Event planning or office operations experience (nice to have)
