We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented individual to join our team as an HR & Recruitment Associate. This role provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate management, client coordination, and administrative support, making it ideal for individuals interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.
You will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and conducting initial interviews to coordinating with hiring managers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various recruitment platforms
- Conduct interviews via Zoom or phone calls
- Assess candidate suitability based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates
- Liaise with clients and hiring managers regarding recruitment needs and updates
- Manage candidate records, recruitment reports, and administrative documentation
- Support onboarding and other HR-related administrative activities
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Comfortable conducting interviews and interacting with candidates
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative functions
- No prior recruitment experience required; training will be provided
