<\/p>As a Talent\nAcquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in building the\norganization\u2019s most important asset, its people. You will be responsible for\nattracting, engaging, and hiring high\-quality talent across levels, ensuring\nalignment with Medha\u2019s mission and culture.<\/span>
<\/p>You will drive\nend\-to\-end recruitment while continuously strengthening processes, candidate\nexperience, and employer branding. By enabling the organization to hire the\nright talent at the right time, you will directly contribute to Medha\u2019s growth\nand impact.<\/span>
<\/p>WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:<\/b><\/span>
<\/p>- Work closely with the\nhead of People to understand the hiring needs for central and state leadership\npositions.
<\/span><\/li>- Prepare job\ndescriptions with inputs from relevant teams and disseminate through\nappropriate channels.
<\/span><\/li>- Screen applications,\nschedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and support offer rollouts.
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure a smooth and\npositive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
<\/span><\/li>- Support in onboarding\nprocess.
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain a database\nof strong candidates who may be considered for future opportunities.
<\/span><\/li>- Build talent\npipelines for recurring and hard\-to\-fill roles.
<\/span><\/li>- Analyze the key\nbarriers in our abilities to attract and retain talent and work closely with HR\nto help strengthen the organization\u2019s positioning as an attractive non\-profit\nto work for.
<\/span><\/li>- Identify and develop\nrelationships with avenues and agencies (such as headhunters, recruitment\nportals, alumni and partner networks, colleges and universities) who can help\nus recruit talent.
<\/span><\/li>- Perform additional\ntasks, as required, by the People dept.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:<\/b><\/span>
<\/p>- 3\u20135 years of\nexperience in end\-to\-end talent acquisition, including sourcing,\nscreening, and closing roles across levels
<\/span><\/li>- Strong understanding of recruitment\nstrategies, candidate funnel management, and selection processes
<\/span><\/li>- Experience\nin stakeholder management, with the ability to work closely with hiring\nmanagers and leadership teams
<\/span><\/li>- Strong communication, influencing,\nand candidate engagement skills
<\/span><\/li>- High ownership, attention to detail, and\nability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment
<\/span><\/li>- Familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools (Zoho\nRecruit or similar), Excel, and tracking systems.<\/span>
