Talent Acquisition Partner (1 Year Contract)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform full cycle of recruitment process for contract staffing and permanent placements.
- Assess hiring requirements and accurately match the job within the given timeline.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with the management to establish hiring plans and deliver creative solutions for the better outcome.
- Participate in career fairs and maintain good rapport with the partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and gather market intelligence to remain competitive.
Skills & Experience
Education & Experience
- Preferably have a diploma or degree from a recognized institution with 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR related field
- Having basic CEI certification would be advantageous
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
