This role focuses on building a robust talent pipeline, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and implementing initiatives that enhance employee retention and engagement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes, as well as the ability to develop retention strategies that promote a positive employee experience and foster long\-term commitment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high\-caliber candidates.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Build relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional networks to identify potential talent.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and design effective hiring processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and a professional approach throughout the recruitment process.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Track recruitment metrics to measure the success of sourcing and hiring strategies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Design and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to identify trends and opportunities for improving retention.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Partner with leadership to develop career development programs and growth opportunities for employees.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive compensation, benefits, and workplace practices.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Lead initiatives to foster a sense of belonging and inclusion, supporting the overall employee experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strengthen the company\u2019s employer brand by promoting a positive image to potential candidates and the wider talent market.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment marketing materials, including job postings, social media content, and employee testimonials.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities to attract talent.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate and recruitment data.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Generate reports on recruitment and retention metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Leverage HR analytics to identify and address gaps in talent acquisition and retention efforts.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Proven success in developing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Technical know\-how of various HRIS Software applications such as HR Breezy<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Certifications such as SHRM\-CP, PHR, or equivalent are a plus.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and employees at all levels.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
