The <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Talent Acquisition and Retention Specialist<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> is responsible for designing and executing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent that aligns with the company\u2019s mission and goals. This role focuses on building a robust talent pipeline, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and implementing initiatives that enhance employee retention and engagement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high\-caliber candidates.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Build relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional networks to identify potential talent.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and design effective hiring processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and a professional approach throughout the recruitment process.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment marketing materials, including job postings, social media content, and employee testimonials.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate and recruitment data.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Generate reports on recruitment and retention metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Leverage HR analytics to identify and address gaps in talent acquisition and retention efforts.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

          Requirements<\/h3>

          Qualifications and Experience<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
          <\/h3>
          • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            Proven success in developing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/p>

            • Technical know\-how of various HRIS Software applications such as HR Breezy<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Certifications such as SHRM\-CP, PHR, or equivalent are a plus.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
