Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You’ll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, creative, product, and business roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and define effective hiring strategies
- Source and engage strong candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Create a strong candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey
- Conduct screening interviews and support assessment processes
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers, and onboarding-related handovers
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Track recruitment metrics and use data to improve hiring processes
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help us tell the Cypher story to the right talent
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Experience in sourcing and hiring for different functions; gaming experience is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills in both Turkish and English
- Ability to build trust with candidates and hiring teams
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented working style
- Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities at the same time
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and recruitment metrics is a plus
- Genuine interest in people, culture, and building great teams
