As a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Human Resource Recruitment Partner, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver effective hiring solutions that support business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy
- Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment approaches.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels.
Candidate Management & Engagement
- Source potential candidates through job platforms, professional networks, recruitment channels, and other talent communities.
- Review applications, assess candidate suitability, and conduct interviews to identify suitable profiles.
- Provide guidance and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Stakeholder & Process Management
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Support offer management, onboarding activities, and related recruitment documentation.
- Ensure recruitment practices align with organisational policies and relevant employment guidelines.
HR Initiatives & Continuous Improvement
- Support employer branding initiatives and recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
- Stay updated with market trends and industry practices to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
- Contribute to HR projects and other related initiatives when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
- Relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
