  • Conduct comprehensive pre-screening and interviews to shortlist the best-fit candidates for various roles

  • Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define core requirements and develop effective hiring strategies

  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure the organization remains agile and future-ready

  • Utilize recruitment analytics and data to refine hiring processes and improve operational efficiency

  • Ensure all recruitment and hiring activities adhere to organizational standards and legal regulations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma and above

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple hiring priorities

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome; comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided
