Talent Acquisition Specialist (Manufacturing) - 1year #HHL

📍 Location: Gul Plant / One-North (must be comfortable travelling between both sites)
💰 Salary: Up to 6000
🕘 Mon–Fri, 8:15am – 5:00pm
🎁 18 Days Annual Leave + $1,000 Outpatient Claims (pro-rated)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
• Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct sourcing
• Build talent pipelines for technical and specialized roles
• Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
• Min. 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience
• Prior recruitment experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, precision engineering, data centres, microelectronics, or related industries preferred
• Experience hiring for technical and specialized roles
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday
• Able to commit to a 12-month contract
